Workshop repairs
Pump & rotating equipment overhauls
Our workshop team thoroughly strips and assesses each unit, documenting its condition and providing a detailed report of our findings. We work closely with you throughout the process, keeping you informed as the repair scope is agreed and the work progresses. Once approved, we carry out the necessary works required to return the unit to service.
Our Carrum Downs workshop is equipped with lathes and machining equipment, allowing us to repair and rework components as part of a pump or rotating equipment overhaul. Keeping this capability in-house gives us greater control over the work and quality of the finished repair.
On-site services
Mechanical support where you need it.
Our trade-qualified team works alongside plant operators and contractors to maintain, install and repair pumps and rotating equipment on site. From planned maintenance and shutdowns to breakdown repairs, we coordinate the work around site requirements and keep you informed as the job progresses. Our team includes personnel trained for confined space work and rescue where required.

Mechanical maintenance for water and wastewater treatment plants, from planned servicing and equipment inspections to repairs and ongoing site works.
02Shutdown works
Mechanical works during planned plant shutdowns, including equipment removal and installation, overhauls, repairs and reworks.
03Installations & modifications
Installation of new pumps and rotating equipment, along with modifications and reworks to existing plant and mechanical systems.
04Breakdown response
When equipment fails, we assess the fault and carry out repairs on site or in our workshop, depending on the work required.
